New Fun!

Tonight we had the fun of setting up a Free, New-for-us Pool!! :)

Dan's Dad had bought this pool last year and set it up at their house to help with some injury therapy. He took it down over the winter and since they are trying to sell their house and his injury has healed, he didn't feel like setting it up again. Since he was coming down this way this weekend, he asked if we would like it!! :) Of course, who could resist when you live in such a hot part of the country??

Dan said he may not be able to set it up for a couple weeks, since he is busy with work, school and trying to get things ready to fly to PA this weekend. Well.....so much for that!! ;) It got set up tonight! :)

Pumping up the outer rim....TEAMWORK!! :)

I made hamburgers and pasta salad and finger jello for supper, so we ate outside while watching the water rise! ;) It was a beautiful night. Since we were in the shade, the air felt cool with a nice breeze!

After supper, Dan brought his textbook outside to read. The kids wanted to "get in the pool". I think they were crazy! The water was SO cold!! They think they will go swimming tomorrow....we'll see. Once that pool is FULL of water, it might be a little colder!

The cold water got to him!! ;)

New Blog site

A huge thank you to my wonderful husband for helping me figure out how to move this blog to a new site!! I have two blogs, one for family and one for homeschool stuff. Both have gone by the wayside since it was such a pain to log into one and then have to log out to get to the other. Now, they are both set up with my gmail address and I have easy access to both!! :) Happy Me!!

I also have a Xanga site, so instead of posting on all 3 blogs, I will probably post here and on our homeschool blog and just link to my Xanga, so my friends there can also read my updates! :)

Today is Saturday.....I am washing, hope to do a little cleaning and then this afternoon I am taking family pictures for some friends! :) Tonight we have a Passover celebration with a couple other families we have got to know in the past few years.

We will be taking the order of events from the book, Celebrating Biblical Feasts by Martha Zimmerman. This will be neat since we read that book in school this year and were encouraged to take part in this event. :)

Hope to get a more thorough update on here soon, but I must go get work done while I can today!! Thanks for checking out my new site! :)

Help??

Can anybody help me? I have two blogs on blogspot....one for our family, one dedicated to the kids school work. Both of which have been left go for too long!

This is my dilemna....they are both registered under two different email address...so I have to log out of one to log into the other. Is there any way I can move the one to the other email address??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :)
